Three goals

Today I will post bout my three goals. Teacher said she get this idea from ted talk.



1. Health-Exercise everyday

What the teacher said at the opening ceremony, "First is health, second is health, third is also health, too. It means exercising(health) is that important. I didn't decide what I will do for exercise. It can change anytime. It can be like Yesterday:Yoga, Today :badminton, Tomorrow: Jump rope+basketball. There isn't any rule execept just two. These rules are for control myself. First rule is every day do more than 20 minutes. I have to do more than 20 minutes because that is enough time for me to wet(but not really. It means just little a lot<Huh? Does this make sense?> wet with sweat.) Second rule is do everyday. I made this rule because I know that I have less tenacity, and it means I have less untiring. So I thought if I exercise everyday it can increase my untiring, and it also means I can increase my tenacity, too.
One of my big problem was less tenacity, but now I have solution about it. However it isn't practical when I doesn't use it. So I will do my best with keep a promise with myself. I will do my best for keep the rule.

2. study- do homework well, and do your best.

Put something of from day to day is what I'm good at. I also post phone homework, too. So always do my homework shows that I did it very speedly, and I didn't do my best. So in this camp I will fix my habbit. Please cheer me up.

3. Keep good relationships with friends.

 I have lot of good friends. For example, very  cheerful and beautiful girl Sun-min. Little cool however not blunt girl, Yu-jin. Cute as puppy, but some times can't understand girl, Seon-jung. Reverse attraction Mi-ju, etc. I want to keep make good relations with them. Also, with others, too.

  1. Getting healthy is very very important. I liked how you gave detailed steps for achieving your goals. Your post could have been better if you have wrote more details on your second and third goals and provided some pictures or video clips.
